San Francisco, California — The New England Patriots continue to show strong aggression in the trade market by sending an attractive trade proposal to the San Francisco 49ers to acquire wide receiver Jacob Cowing.

Jacob Cowing, 25 years old, is highly regarded for his elite speed, reliable hands, and especially his excellence as a punt returner.
